The Oil Saver

Specially designed for neat oil applications and possible to install in a wide range of CNC sliding head machines (Swiss style lathe), the Oil Saver will allow you to reduce, reuse and recycle the neat oil that is dragged out into the swarf bins from the conveyor. 

The Oil Saver Kit Contains :

• Oil Saver Unit.
• Vacuum (Filtered) + Check Valve with 3m 6mm PU Hose *can be increased to 5metres.
• 1m - 12mm Hose Outlet.
• Fittings - 1' T & Straight fitting Kit (for sliding head with larger hoses).
• Full step by step Guide *Technical Support available.
• 1 Year Warranty.

Typical Application:

• Neat Oil on machines with Conveyors.
• Neat oil up to 22cSt on sliding Head machine with low pressure pumps (recommended viscosity). 
• Between 23-32cSt will be dependant on pump pressure on sliding head machine.

Specification:

• ​Operating Pressure - Recommended for use on low pressure pumps up to 10 bar.
• Suction Capacity  -0.1bar (Valve control).
• Collection Rate - Varies on oil viscosity approx. 
• Mounting - Recommended for use on sliding head pumps.
• Collection Tube Length - Vacuum Cup can be up to 5m from Oil Saver unit.
