The MAGSAVER Kit Contains :

Coolant Saver or Oil Saver kit (depending on application)
MM05 or MM10 kit

Typical Application:

Soluble coolant on machines with Conveyors (Coolant Saver)
Neat Oil on machines with Conveyors (Oil Saver).
Neat oil up to 12cs on Sliding head low rated pumps.
Traditional filtration systems typically leave particles smaller than 5 - 10 microns circulating in fluid causing damage to process equipment and finished products. Eclipse Magnetic filters are based on their ability to remove virtually all ferrous particles, including sub-micron particles from the process.

Specification:

Operating Pressure - Recommended for use on low pressure pumps up to 10 bar.
Suction Capacity -0.1bar (Valve control).
Collection Rate - Varies on oil viscosity approx.
Mounting - Recommended for use on sliding head pumps.
Collection Tube Length - Vacuum Cup can be up to 5m from Coolant/Oil Saver unit.
